Jan Visser Eiendomme CC began their venture into Property Development when the company acquired property in Despatch in 2017.

The project kicked off with 24 houses in the price range of R599 000 to R899 000.
A further 90 dwellings will be erected in Despatch in the next 5 years.

The Company is also geared to do “plot and plan” developments in Jeffreys Bay, or any building required by clients.
